Ashlyn

00:32:00

Hi everyone! Today I want to share a card I made using one of the gorgeous portraits available over at the Make it Crafty store. These are fantastic for practicing your skin or hair colouring :) I have used the gorgeous Ashlyn and have tried out something a lot of people seem to have trouble with...black hair. The secret to my black hair is that I don't actually use black at all...I use greys and just layer up the colour like you would, say, brown hair.

Here are the copic colours that I used:

Skin: E000, E00, E21, E11, R11
Hair: W0, W1, W3, W5, W7

Dress: R32, R35, R37, E18

If you have any colouring questions please just ask but don't forget the most important thing is to experiment! Also - you might have seen this card in the latest Copicendium :) Woohoo! There is lots of gorgeous inspiration in the issue so don't forget to check it out! :) Thanks for stopping by!

Challenges that I am entering with this card:

Divas by Design - Texture
MarkerPop - Oldies but Goodies (my skin colours are my oldest markers and I am still refilling them and going! :)
Totally Stampalicious - Anything Goes
